The eCustomer portal is a powerful real time tool that allows both drivers and fleet managers to log on, update their details, view details of their vehicle and generate quotes.

Though user security, the access that a driver has can vary greatly to the level of access a fleet manager can have. For example, when a driver produces a quote and accepts it, the quote is workflowed to the fleet manager for approval whereas you may decide that any quotes produced by the fleet managers can go directly for processing.

The eBroker portal enables quick creation of quotations for both prospects and existing customers. Multiple broker companies can be maintained with each broker having specific rules and or restrictions. Brokers are able to maintain their own customers as a sub set within DRIVE.

All functions available in the e-modules are fully configurable and supported by the core DRIVE application.

Interactive buttons enable any required documents to be attached and made instantly available to the back office. Organisation or Private Individual credit proposals can be completed online to initiate the credit control check. Queries and requests to the back office can be entered using workflow messages.

The eCustomer and eBroker modules have a number of benefits including:

  • Search existing quotations and display the quotation details
  • Search all finance contracts using a number of search criteria including status, dates, driver and vehicle along with the ability to export the data to a spreadsheet, display the invoice details and create a workflow activity
  • Search and view all vehicles managed by the broker. Full vehicle details are displayed as well the ability to display the maintenance history and allocate and employee to a vehicle
  • Employee details and allocation, the facility to add or maintain drivers
  • Attach your own report formats to the portal, allowing your customers and brokers to generate documents as required

An eMaintenance module is also available that enables supplier communities to raise on-line work authorisation requests.
